2006 Hot Wheels 16 Angels. This model was available in a variety of versions from 2004 to present. This 2006 Tetradactyl example is in very good condition 
"16 Angels is a futuristic V16-powered sports car. Inspiration for the car came from the Jaguar E-Type. Nathan Proch first thought about naming the car "E-go Type", but, wanting to avoid being called an ego maniac, changed the name to "Saturday Night Special", only for Mattel's legal department to reject the name (presumably due the phrase's association with inexpensive guns used in crime).
